Mobile Vacuum Feeder
Vacuum conveyor mounted on a wheeled frame with an electric lifting column for dust-free transferring of powders and granules across multiple areas
The mobile vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum system, back-blow cleaning system, filtration system, inlet and discharge butterfly valves, and a movable caster-mounted frame. Free from fixed installation constraints, it can be flexibly used across multiple workstations or workshops. The electric lifting mechanism allows easy docking with equipment at different heights, optimizing floor space and improving layout efficiency.
The vacuum feeding system features quick assembly and disassembly without tools, enabling fast cleaning in compliance with GMP standards. Its fully enclosed design prevents material leakage and ensures operator safety. The mobile vacuum feeder is widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and chemical production.
